Order Processing & Delivery Times
We know you're excited to receive your Oneself ! Here's what you can expect:
- Order Processing: All orders are typically shipped within 2-3 working days from the date your order is placed.
- Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 3-7 working days. Please note that delivery times can vary based on your location. For instance, major metropolitan cities generally experience faster delivery, while regions like the North East or Jammu and Kashmir might take a bit longer.
- External Factors: While we strive for timely deliveries, these timelines are estimates. External factors such as adverse weather conditions, political events, government holidays, elections, or natural disasters can occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your understanding that we cannot be held responsible for situations beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
We offer flexible shipping options to suit your preference:
- Prepaid Orders: Enjoy free shipping on all prepaid orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: An additional charge of ₹100 will be applied for COD orders.

- Tracking Information: Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via both email and SMS.
- Real-Time Updates: This tracking link will provide you with real-time updates on the status and location of your Oneself package.
Our Shipping Partners
We partner with reputable courier companies to ensure that your order arrives safely and securely. These include trusted names like Bluedart, Delhivery, and Ecomexpress. Please understand that unlike larger marketplaces, we do not operate our own delivery fleet.
Important Delivery Information
While our shipping partners are highly reliable, occasional issues can arise. Here's how to navigate them:
- False Delivery Reports: In rare instances, a delivery executive might falsely report a delivery status. If this happens, please first contact the courier company's customer care and then notify us immediately. We will escalate the issue internally to expedite your delivery.

OTP Security:
- Do not share your One-Time Password (OTP) with the delivery executive until you have physically received your parcel. Sharing the OTP prematurely will prevent us from assisting you in retrieving the package.
- Similarly, do not share your OTP if you request the delivery executive to reschedule the delivery, as this may lead to the parcel being marked as returned.

Undelivered Orders: If you receive a delivery confirmation but haven't actually received your order, please notify us within 24-48 hours via WhatsApp at 8882959017. We will promptly escalate this to the courier company, and resolution typically takes 3-5 working days.
Refunds for Delayed Deliveries
If you wish to cancel an order that is in transit and experiencing delays, we will instruct the courier company to return the shipment to us. Please note that we can only process a refund once we receive confirmation from the courier company that the shipment is indeed being returned.
