Refund policy
At Oneself, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your gym wear. We understand that sometimes a purchase might not be quite right, and we're here to help. Please take a moment to review our return and refund policy to ensure a smooth process.
General Return Guidelines
We want you to love your Oneself activewear. If you need to make a return, please keep the following in mind:
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Items purchased during clearance sales or as a replacement order, are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, or refunds.
- Eligibility: This policy primarily applies to our full-priced products.
- Condition of Item: For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original, unworn condition, with all tags attached. We reserve the right to decline any return that shows signs of wear or damage.
Initiating a Return
If your item meets the above criteria, here’s how to request a return:
- Timeline: All return requests must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving your order.
- How to Request: Please submit your return request exclusively through https://www.oneselfindia.com/pages/contact or direct email us at support@oneselfindia.com. We cannot process return requests sent via sms or WhatsApp.
- Processing Time: You'll receive an update on your request within 24-48 business hours (Monday-Friday). Requests submitted over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
When a Refund or Return May Not Be Possible
To ensure a fair and efficient process, please note situations where we might not be able to offer a refund or accept a return:
- Insufficient information provided for your claim.
- Lack of photographic evidence of the product with tags.
- Claims of pilferage not made on the day of delivery.
- If the item has been used, or its original packaging disposed of, before our investigation.
- If the item was a replacement, purchased as a part of a clearance sale.
- If your return request is submitted more than 72 hours after delivery.
- If an incorrect product, quantity, or item from a different brand is returned. We will not be able to process a refund or exchange in such cases.
Your Return Options
Once your return is approved, you may choose one of the following options:
1. Replacement:
We understand that finding the perfect fit can be tricky! If the size you ordered isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’re here to help.
✅ When Can You Request a Replacement?
If you'd like to exchange your product for a different size, we offer one-time replacement for the same style. Here's how it works:
- A reverse pickup will be arranged from your address.
- It usually takes 14-15 working days for the item to reach us and for your replacement to be processed and shipped.
- The replacement will be dispatched once the original item passes the quality check.
Please ensure the item is:
- Unused and unwashed
- In its original packaging
- With tags intact
🚫 When Replacements Are Not Applicable
We won’t be able to process a replacement in the following cases:
- If the product is returned in used, washed, or damaged condition
- If the original tags or packaging are missing
- If the request is raised after the replacement window (usually 3 days after delivery)
- For style or color change – replacements are allowed only for size issues
📩 How to Initiate a Replacement Request
To request a size replacement:
- Go to the Contact Us section on our website or email us at support@oneslfindia.com.
- Mention your order number, the item you'd like to replace, and the new size you need.
- Our team will arrange the reverse pickup and keep you updated via email.

2. Refund:
Refunds are available for all shipments (COD & prepaid), excluding items purchased during sales or clearance events.
- COD Orders: the Initial Shipping Charges and Return Shipping Cost are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total order value.
- Prepaid Orders: Return Shipping Cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total order value.
- After applicable deductions i.e. Return Shipping Cost (For Prepaid and COD orders) and Initial Shipping Charges (only for COD orders), refunds will be processed to your original payment source or designated account within 10-15 working days.
Exchanges
We're unable to process direct exchanges. If you need a different style and color for an item, the quickest way to get it is to return your current item and then place a new order for the one you want.
Reverse Pickup & Shipping
- Availability: Reverse pickup is subject to availability in your area.
- Attempts: We will attempt reverse pickup twice. If both attempts are unsuccessful, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to our official address: Oneself – C-120, 27 Feet Road, Near Manav Seva Public School, Sector 50, Faridabad, Haryana - 121001
- Customer-Borne Costs: If pickup fails, is cancelled, or is unavailable, and you choose to send the product back yourself, these shipping costs will be your responsibility.
- Pickup Schedule: Pickup can only be scheduled once. If the 7-day timeline after approval passes and pickup is still pending, cancelled, failed, or rescheduled, your return request will be automatically cancelled, and you will no longer be eligible for a return.
Refund Processing
- Timeline: Once the product is picked up, it typically takes 13-15 days for it to reach our facility. Processing the refund may then take an additional 2-3 weeks. We'll keep you updated via email.
- COD Refunds: For Cash on Delivery refunds, you must provide your Account Number or UPI ID through our Payment Partner to claim your refund. Please ensure your details are accurate, as they cannot be changed once submitted.
- Prepaid Refunds: Once approved and the item is received at our warehouse, prepaid refunds will be credited to your original source account within 10-15 days.
Additional Information
- You cannot opt for a refund for a replaced product. A product can only be replaced once.
- Once you opt for an exchange, it cannot be converted to a refund.
- If you fail to receive a replacement order, discount coupon will be issued with a ₹100 shipping deduction.
- For multiple return and refund requests on the same order, a ₹300 deduction per order will apply for all shipping and pickup costs.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours at support@oneselfindia.com.
